La radiaci\u00f3 solar \u00e9s el conjunt de radiacions electromagn\u00e8tiques emeses pel sol i que es propaguen a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019espai i transporten energia. La pot\u00e8ncia de la radiaci\u00f3 solar rebuda a la capa externa de l\u2019atmosfera \u00e9s d\u2019aproximadament 1.353W\/m2 (Tudel, 2020), amb la distribuci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8% ultraviolada<\/li>\n<li>46% visible<\/li>\n<li>46% infraroja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_173\" style=\"width: 1013px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-173\" class=\"size-full wp-image-173\" src=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/distribucio-termes-potencia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1003\" height=\"510\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/distribucio-termes-potencia.jpg 1003w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/distribucio-termes-potencia-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/distribucio-termes-potencia-768x391.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1003px) 100vw, 1003px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-173\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 1: Distribuci\u00f3 en termes de pot\u00e8ncia i percentatge de l\u2019espectre electromagn\u00e8tic<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Un cop la radiaci\u00f3 solar travessa l\u2019atmosfera, experimenta diversos processos d\u2019interacci\u00f3 amb la mat\u00e8ria que la composa i en la que fen\u00f2mens com la reflexi\u00f3, la transmissi\u00f3 i l\u2019absorci\u00f3 l\u2019alteren. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que a la superf\u00edcie de la Terra nom\u00e9s es pot aprofitar una part de l\u2019energia disponible.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019efecte fotovoltaic va ser descrit per primer cop el 1839 pel f\u00edsic franc\u00e8s Alexandre- Edmond Becqueret. (Perlin, 2004)<\/p>\n<p>Les primeres aplicacions de l\u2019energia solar fotovoltaica van tenir lloc a la ind\u00fastria aeroespacial, amb la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules solars a sat\u00e8l\u00b7lits, naus i estacions espacials.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la d\u00e8cada de 1970, 1980 i principis dels 90, les millores es van anar produint de forma lenta i la fabricaci\u00f3 es feia al principi d\u2019una manera gaireb\u00e9 artesanal. A la segona meitat dels anys 90 l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia adquirida va permetre l\u2019auge tecnol\u00f2gic i la fabricaci\u00f3 en massa de panells solars, amb el corresponent abaratiment de costos.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_176\" style=\"width: 453px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-176\" class=\"size-full wp-image-176\" src=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/bell-telephone.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"443\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/bell-telephone.jpg 443w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/bell-telephone-195x300.jpg 195w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-176\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 3 Treballador de BELL TELEPHONE instal\u00b7lant m\u00f2dul fotovoltaic<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Les darreres d\u00e8cades l\u2019energia fotovoltaica s\u2019ha posicionat com una de les fonts d\u2019energia amb major evoluci\u00f3 y projecci\u00f3. El cost dels panells fotovoltaics ha caigut m\u00e9s d\u2019un 97% des de la d\u00e8cada dels 90 (BloombergNEF, s.f.) seguint la denominada llei de Swanson, una predicci\u00f3 que estableix que cada cop que es duplica la capacitat de la ind\u00fastria fotovoltaica, els preus dels m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics baixen un 20%.<\/p>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_178\" style=\"width: 1013px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-178\" class=\"size-full wp-image-178\" src=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/evolucio-preu-moduls.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1003\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/evolucio-preu-moduls.jpg 1003w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/evolucio-preu-moduls-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hundreds-wordpress-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/impulsosolar\/uploads\/2025\/02\/evolucio-preu-moduls-768x521.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1003px) 100vw, 1003px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-178\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 4: Evoluci\u00f3 del preu dels m\u00f2duls en base a la producci\u00f3 [Germany\u2019s International Technology Roadmap for Photovoltaic (ITRPV)]<\/p><\/div>Aix\u00ed doncs, la gran evoluci\u00f3 de la tecnologia fotovoltaica s\u2019ha basat en la millora de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia dels m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics. Els m\u00f2duls comercials es troben actualment en una efici\u00e8ncia entre el 19 i el 21%, tot i que al laboratori s\u2019ha assolit un r\u00e8cord de prop del 30%.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipus d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques<\/h3>\n<p>Les instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques poden classificar-se principalment en instal\u00b7lacions connectades a la xarxa o instal\u00b7lacions a\u00efllades.<\/p>\n<p>Les instal\u00b7lacions connectades a la xarxa permeten avan\u00e7ar cap a un model de generaci\u00f3 distribu\u00efda, apropant la producci\u00f3 d\u2019energia el\u00e8ctrica als punts de consum. Aquesta mena d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions treballen acoblades a la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica i permeten aplicacions tant d\u2019autoconsum com de venda d\u2019energia.<\/p>\n<p>Les instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques a\u00efllades s\u00f3n generadores d\u2019electricitat sense cap connexi\u00f3 a la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica. Per fer-ho els cal l\u2019\u00fas de bateries, les quals generen la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica i emmagatzemen l\u2019energia fotovoltaica en hores di\u00fcrnes per tal de poder subministrar-la la resta d\u2019hores on hi ha consum.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, una de les aplicacions m\u00e9s importants de les instal\u00b7lacions a\u00efllades \u00e9s la del bombeig directe d\u2019aigua. Es una aplicaci\u00f3 especialment apta per a zones rurals amb un \u00edndex d\u2019insolaci\u00f3 elevat, on cal algun mecanisme per bombejar aigua des d\u2019una difer\u00e8ncia de cotes. Actuen de tal manera que, quan el generador fotovoltaic comen\u00e7a a generar energia, la bomba inicia l\u2019extracci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua, variant el cabdal extret en funci\u00f3 de la disponibilitat energ\u00e8tica al llarg del dia.<\/p>\n<h3>Els components principals d\u2019una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 FV<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-598\" src=\"https:\/\/www.impulsosolar.com\/custom\/uploads\/2021\/04\/components-intallacio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2006\" height=\"1344\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Els m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics<\/h4>\n<p>Els m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics s\u00f3n els equips encarregats de transformar la radiaci\u00f3 solar rebuda en corrent el\u00e8ctrica continua.<br \/>\nEn funci\u00f3 de la naturalesa i les caracter\u00edstiques dels materials emprats, podem trobar diferents tipus de m\u00f2duls.<\/p>\n<p>Els m\u00e9s comuns s\u00f3n els de silici cristal\u00b7l\u00ed (Si), que en funci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 del component poden ser monocristal\u00b7lins o policristal\u00b7lins.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 podem trobar els anomenats m\u00f2duls de capa fina. Aquest tipus de m\u00f2duls no es fabriquen amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules individuals, sin\u00f3 que els formen bandes continues en les que s\u2019hi diposita una capa fina (d\u20191 o 2 \u00b5m de gruix) de silici amorf (a-Si), i s\u2019obt\u00e9 aix\u00ed un m\u00f2dul que no necessita interconnexions interiors.<\/p>\n<p>Las c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de silici amorf presenten un rendiment d\u2019aproximadament la meitat del de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cristal\u00b7lines, motiu pel qual s\u2019estan comen\u00e7ant a utilitzar altres tipus de semiconductors en la fabricaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de capa fina, com s\u00f3n el selenur de coure i indi (CIS) o el tel\u00b7lur de cadmi (CdTe).<\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019estructura de suport<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019estructura de suport \u00e9s l\u2019element de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 encarregat de fixar els m\u00f2duls i \u00e9s, per aix\u00f2, un dels elements que est\u00e0 sotm\u00e8s a majors esfor\u00e7os mec\u00e0nics i a m\u00e9s agressions ambientals.<\/p>\n<p>Principalment se\u2019n poden identificar les seg\u00fcents tipologies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estructures fixades<\/li>\n<li>Estructures llastrades\/autoportants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com suggereix el seu nom, en el primer tipus d\u2019estructures es necessita una fixaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019element estructural que sigui capa\u00e7 de suportar els esfor\u00e7os mec\u00e0nics sol\u00b7licitats. La disposici\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta mena d\u2019estructures sobre la coberta d\u2019un edifici requereix un disseny detallat i cuidat, ja que hi ha risc de malmetre una part sensible de l\u2019edificaci\u00f3, la coberta. Aquest tipus d\u2019estructura es pot utilitzar tant en cobertes planes com inclinades, i permet orientar-les en la posici\u00f3 desitjada. Un cas particular en s\u00f3n les estructures coplan\u00e0ries, que es fan servir especialment en les cobertes inclinades que ja tenen una orientaci\u00f3 i inclinaci\u00f3 adequades, i que destaquen per ser estructures lleugeres.<\/p>\n<p>A les estructures llastrades es substitueix la fixaci\u00f3 a l\u2019element estructural cl\u00e0ssic (coberta, terreny, etc.) per la utilitzaci\u00f3 de material pesant amb funci\u00f3 d\u2019element de llast (formig\u00f3, pedres, etc.), que al seu torn fa d\u2019element de fixaci\u00f3 i contrap\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019inversor<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019inversor \u00e9s l\u2019element encarregat de transformar la corrent continua generada pels m\u00f2duls en corrent alterna.<br \/>\nEn funci\u00f3 del tipus de connexi\u00f3 a xarxa poden ser monof\u00e0sics o trif\u00e0sics.<\/p>\n<p>Els inversors de connexi\u00f3 a xarxa disposen, normalment incorporades al propi equip, de les proteccions per poder acoblar-se a la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica i que s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No funcionament en illa<\/strong>: En cas d\u2019interrupci\u00f3\/caiguda de la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica, l\u2019inversor es desconnecta autom\u00e0ticament i no funciona en illa en cap cas. Al restabliment de la xarxa es torna a connectar autom\u00e0ticament.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Control de la m\u00ednima i m\u00e0xima tensi\u00f3<\/strong>: L\u2019inversor es desconnecta autom\u00e0ticament quan els valors de tensi\u00f3 de la xarxa es troben fora del rang estipulat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Control de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>: L\u2019inversor es desconnecta autom\u00e0ticament quan la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la xarxa es troba fora del rang estipulat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, disposen d\u2019un sistema de control, anomenat seguiment del punt de m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia (MPPT), que permet optimitzar el funcionament dels m\u00f2duls. El sistema busca els valors de tensi\u00f3 del camp fotovoltaic per als quals es genera la m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia el\u00e8ctrica en cada moment.<\/p>\n<p>A les instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques a\u00efllades hi ha diferents configuracions possibles. Principalment dues, amb acoblament AC o amb acoblament DC. En acoblament DC les bateries es carreguen directament a partir de l\u2019energia generada pels m\u00f2duls mitjan\u00e7ant reguladors de c\u00e0rrega, i es fa servir un inversor de bateria per alimentar les c\u00e0rregues AC des de les bateries. En acoblament AC, s\u2019utilitza un inversor per a la fotovoltaica que transforma la corrent continua en corrent alterna i es disposa d\u2019un inversor\/carregador de bateries, de manera que el mateix equip s\u2019ocupa de carregar les bateries i d\u2019extreure\u2019n l\u2019energia necess\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas concret del bombeig solar, s\u2019acostumen a con\u00e8ixer amb el nom com\u00fa de variadors de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia. Disposen tamb\u00e9 de seguidors MPPT i adapten la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la corrent alterna de sortida per optimitzar el funcionament de la bomba.<\/p>\n<h4>Les bateries<\/h4>\n<p>Les bateries s\u00f3n l\u2019element encarregat d\u2019emmagatzemar l\u2019energia el\u00e8ctrica generada pels m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics. Aquesta energia emmagatzemada es pot subministrar, b\u00e9 posteriorment en abs\u00e8ncia de radiaci\u00f3, o b\u00e9 en aquelles situacions en les que la demanda d\u2019energia \u00e9s superior a la generada pel camp fotovoltaic.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha al mercat diferents tecnologies de bateries, les m\u00e9s habituals de les quals s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plom \u00e0cid obert<\/strong>: Bateria convencional amb el\u00e8ctrode l\u00edquid. Presenta un ampli ventall d\u2019aplicacions i un baix manteniment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AGM<\/strong>: Bateria amb v\u00e0lvula de recombinaci\u00f3 (VRLA) en la que l\u2019electr\u00f2lit s\u2019absorbeix d\u2019una matriu de fibra de vidre (AGM). Presenta un bon comportament davant d\u2019intensitats altes d\u2019operaci\u00f3 i no necessita manteniment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gel<\/strong>: Bateria amb v\u00e0lvula de recombinaci\u00f3 (VRLA) en la que l\u2019electr\u00f2lit est\u00e0 gelificat. Presenta un excel\u00b7lent comportament en funcionament c\u00edclic i no necessita manteniment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Litio<\/strong>: Bateria amb tecnologia d\u2019ions de liti, en la que la regulaci\u00f3 s\u2019integra mitjan\u00e7ant el Battery Management System (BMS). Presenta una alta densitat energ\u00e8tica i un excel\u00b7lent comportament c\u00edclic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>La monitoritzaci\u00f3 i les proteccions<\/h4>\n<p>La monitoritzaci\u00f3 i les proteccions permeten realitzar el control i seguiment de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 en qualsevol moment i des de qualsevol lloc, i garantir el funcionament correcte de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Beneficis d\u2019una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 FV<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019energia fotovoltaica \u00e9s una energia renovable, ecol\u00f2gica i no contaminant.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00fas d\u2019energia fotovoltaica contribueix a la reducci\u00f3 d\u2019emissions de CO2, a m\u00e9s de contribuir al cam\u00ed cap a la transformaci\u00f3 de l\u2019actual model energ\u00e8tic i a un desenvolupament m\u00e9s sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>A tall orientatiu, tenint en compte les dades del MIX energ\u00e8tic de Catalunya i les dades de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Europea del Medi Ambient, una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica de 100 kW t\u00e9 un impacte anual equivalent a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 de 31 Tn de CO2<\/li>\n<li>Plantar 1.243 arbres<\/li>\n<li>Evitar conduir al llarg de 217.406 km<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Refer\u00e8ncies<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Becquerel, A.-E.
